At a time when the idea of a 24-hour restaurant was considered eccentric, he turned his passion into purpose — overcoming challenges, doubts, and the odds to establish Alankar as a pioneer in the local food scene.
Generations of Excellence: Building on this strong foundation, Mr. Umarshad, Mr. Abdulla Koya’s son, took the reins and led the restaurant through transformative expansion and innovation, without ever losing sight of the values it was built upon.
